R-102-86 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ORDER THE ABANDONMENT OF A PORTION OF "K" AND 5TH STREETS BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Colton as follows: SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Colton does hereby declare its intention to order the abandonment of that portion of "K" an 5th Streets in that certain three parcels o land in the City of Colton being portions of "K" and 5th Streets and that certain 25' wide alley lying adjacent to and adjoining the Northerly side of Block 144 and Block 145, as said Blocks and Streets are shown on Map of the Town of Colton, Recorded in Map Book 9 at Page 37, official records of San Bernardino County, more particularly described as follows: All that portion of "K" Street (80 feet wide) lying Westerly of 6th Street and Easterly of 5th Street as said streets are shown on said map of Town of Colton. All that portion of 5th Street (80 feet wide) lying Southerly of the 100' wide railroad property of Southern Pacific Transportation Company and Northerly of "K" Street (80 feet wide) as said reservation and street are shown on said map of the Town of Colton. All that portion of that certain 25 foot wide alley lying adjacent to and adjoining the Northerly side of Block 144 and Block 145 and lying Easterly of the prolongation of the Westerly line of Lot 12 of Block 144 and Westerly of 6th Street (80 feet wide) as said street, lot and blocks are shown on said map of the Town of Colton. For further particulars as to the proposed abandonment, reference is hereby made to the map on file in the Office of the City Clerk of Colton, California.
