RESOLUTION NO. R-106-86 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON CERTIFYING AS TO ITS REVIEW OF THE FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT ON THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE WEST VALLEY REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AND MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton (the "Agency") has reviewed and considered the Final Environmental Impact Report on the Redevelopment Plan for the West Valley Redevelopment Project; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Colton has reviewed and considered the Draft Environmental Impact Report prepared on the Redevelopment Plan for the West Valley Redevelopment Project; and WHEREAS, pursuant to notice duly given, the Agency and the City Council of the City of Colton have held a full and fair public hearing on the proposed Redevelopment Plan and Final Environmental Impact Report. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. A full and fair public hearing having been held on the Draft Environmental Impact Report on the Redevelopment Plan for the West Valley Redevelopment Project and the City Council having considered all comments received thereon, which comments and responses thereto are contained in the Final Environmental Impact Report, said Final Environmental Impact Report is hereby approved and adopted as the Final Environmental Impact Report for the adoption of the Redevelopment Plan for the West Valley Redevelopment Project. SECTION 2. The City Council hereby certifies that the Final Environmental Impact Report for the adoption of the Redevelopment Plan as determined herein has been completed in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970 and the state and local environmental guidelines and regulations, and that it has reviewed and considered the Final Environmental Impact Report and the
