RESOLUTION NO. R-106-86 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />CERTIFYING AS TO ITS REVIEW OF THE FINAL <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT ON THE REDEVELOPMENT <br />PLAN FOR THE WEST VALLEY REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AND <br />MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS <br />WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton (the "Agency") <br />has reviewed and considered the Final Environmental Impact Report on the <br />Redevelopment Plan for the West Valley Redevelopment Project; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Colton has reviewed and <br />considered the Draft Environmental Impact Report prepared on the Redevelopment <br />Plan for the West Valley Redevelopment Project; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to notice duly given, the Agency and the City Council of <br />the City of Colton have held a full and fair public hearing on the proposed <br />Redevelopment Plan and Final Environmental Impact Report. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. A full and fair public hearing having been held on the Draft <br />Environmental Impact Report on the Redevelopment Plan for the West Valley <br />Redevelopment Project and the City Council having considered all comments <br />received thereon, which comments and responses thereto are contained in the Final <br />Environmental Impact Report, said Final Environmental Impact Report is hereby <br />approved and adopted as the Final Environmental Impact Report for the adoption of <br />the Redevelopment Plan for the West Valley Redevelopment Project. <br />SECTION 2. The City Council hereby certifies that the Final Environmental <br />Impact Report for the adoption of the Redevelopment Plan as determined herein has <br />been completed in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act of <br />1970 and the state and local environmental guidelines and regulations, and that it <br />has reviewed and considered the Final Environmental Impact Report and the <br />
