R-104-98 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON TO CONSIDER MEMORANDUM OF <br />UNDERSTANDING FOR MEMBERS OF THE COLTON <br />MANAGEMENT/CONFIDENTIAL UNIT <br />OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration to the <br />results of meetings between representatives of the City of Colton and <br />representatives of the Colton Management/Confidential Unit held <br />pursuant to Government Code Section 3500 et. Seq.. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Memorandum of <br />Understanding, marked Exhibit "A" and attached hereto, is <br />incorporated into and made a part hereof and adopted hereby. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions provided herein <br />shall be effective as of July 1, 1998, contingent upon signature of <br />the City's representative. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 17th day of Neer, 1998. <br />ATTEST: <br />Carolina P.
