CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />FOR COUNCIL MEETING OF August 3,1999 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor & City Council <br />( <br />APPROVAL: Henry Garcia, City Manager L �' <br />FROM: Dennis Morris, Human Resource Director <br />SUBJECT: Consideration and Approval of Reclassifications <br />DATE: July 26, 1999 <br />BACKGROUND: Reclassification was requested and studies completed for classifications to include Secretary, Sewer <br />Line Maintenance Worker in Training, Substation Operations Supervisor, Senior Electrical Engineer, Electrical <br />Engineering Technician and Finance Assistant. All reclassifications were found to be appropriate and approved by the <br />Human Resource Director based on the documentation presented. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: The job descriptions and salary ranges were existing for the reclassed positions.
