CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />For City Council Meeting of January 5, 1999 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor & City Council <br />APPROVAL: Henry Garcia, City Manager <br />FROM: Dennis Morris, Human Resource Directori, <br />SUBJECT: Approval of the "Sideletter" with the Police Management Association. <br />DATE: December 21, 1998 <br />BACKGROUND: The side letter agreement between the Police Management Association and the City expired on <br />June 30, 1998. 'Me Association has submitted new compensation requests to the Human Resource Director. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: Representatives of the Police Management Association have reached an agreement with <br />the City on compensation issues.
