COUNCIL MEETING <br />JANUARY 3, 1991 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held <br />on the above given date at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City <br />Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />RnT.T. CALL: <br />Council Members present were Roman, Cisneros, Rehrer, Lofy, and Mayor <br />Gonzales. Also present were City Manager Sotelo, City Attorney Edwards, <br />and City Clerk Ramos. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />Mayor Gonzales advised that the Minutes for the Adjourned Meeting held <br />December 27, 1990, were not available and should be deleted from the <br />Consent Calendar. <br />(1) Minutes <br />December 18, 1990 - correction on Page 4, third paragraph, <br />adding Councilwoman Cisneros as Member <br />to the Inland Valley Development Agency. <br />(2 ) Warrants <br />99226 - 99630 <br />165060 - 165220, 165221 - 165353 <br />December 27, 1990 <br />(3 ) Bids <br />Reject all Bids and Rebid on Logging Recorder for the Police <br />Department. <br />(4 ) Bids <br />Award of Bid, Western Water Meter & Control, $157,523., for a <br />two-year Water Meter Contract, Public Works. <br />(5) C.D.B.G. <br />Set for Public Hearing, Tuesday, January 15, 1991, Community <br />Development Block Grant 1991-92 Project Priority per Cooperat- <br />ing Cities Agreement with San Bernardino County. <br />(6) Investment Policy <br />Consider adoption of Investment Policy of the City of Colton <br />for 19911 RESOLUTION NO.
