CITY OF COLTON <br />CLOSED SESSION - COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />SEPTEMBER 5, 2006 <br />Closed Session Meeting was held on the above given date at 5:07 p.m., in the Council <br />Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Bennett presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Hernandez, De La Rosa, Chastain, Suchil, Mitchell and Mayor <br />Bennett. CM Ramos absent. <br />City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss <br />items A and B. <br />CM Suchil and Hernandez announced that they would recuse themselves from discussion of <br />Item B due to Conflict of Interest, abundance of caution. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />A.
