That the City Council of the City of Calton <br />does hereby find, determine and declare as follows: <br />(a) That the City Council of the City of Colton., pursuant <br />to Section 5870, et seq., of the Streets and Highways Code, commenced <br />proceedings to cause the construction of certain street improvemens, <br />to wit: <br />Alley Paving between 10th and 11th Streets j <br />and "B" and "C" Streets. <br />(b) That public hearings were held on said matters, and <br />thereafter said City Council ordered construction to be accomplish <br />and <br />(c) That sixty (60) days after said orders were served, <br />the work: had not been completed by the owners or persons in passes <br />sion of the properties, and the Superintendent of Streets caused t <br />work to be done; and <br />(d) That the Superintendent of Streets did file with the <br />City Council of the City of Calton his reports of such works, and <br />hearings thereon were called by Resolution No. 4413; and <br />(e) That said City Council conducted noticed hearings to <br />consider any protests or objections to the Reports of the Work. <br />SECTION 2.
