M ings Manual of rocedure" adopted by minute action <br />of the City Counci ecember 16, 1986 as amended th ugh September 3, 1996 is hereby <br />ado as the manu cedure for the Colton City Council ubject to the following and any <br />subs ent amendments whic ay be adopted by Resolution of t e City Council. <br />TIOtion C -2(c) is hereby amended in its entiret to read as follows: <br />x Ck <br />"(c) <br />T Presiding Officer shall be responsible for the maintenance of order and <br />at all meetings. He shall decide all questions of order, subject, <br />however, to appeal by any member of the City Council. In the event an appeal <br />is made to an order issued by the Presiding Officer, the Presiding Officer shall <br />immediately recognize the Councilmember making the appeal and allow <br />discussion and action on that appeal.
