The ef f ect of the attached agreement will be to <br />reduce the total legal costs to the City by about forty percent (40%). <br />FISCAL IMPACT: <br />This agreement should effect a net annual savings to the City/Agency of <br />approximately $120,000 per year. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approve Resolution authorizing the City Manager to sign the Agreement. <br />Attachment: Agreement <br />Resolution <br />Attachments: <br />Page I of Item No. c;2-1 <br />
