CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: Ordinance No. 0-1-86 Second Reading City Attorney Edwards introduced Ordinance No. 0-1-86 for Second Read- ing, reading it as to number and title only: ORDINANCE NO. 0-1-86 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, PROHIBITING SPECIFIED NUDITY IN SALOONS, PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS, METHODS FOR ENFORCEMENT, AND RE- PEALING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF PRIOR ORDINANCES. Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Rios, to pass Second Reading and adopt Ordinance No. 0-1-86. Unanimous vote. CLOSED SESSION: The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 8:30 p. m., to discuss Labor Relations Matters, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6, and reconvened at 9:25 p. m., all Members present.
