CITY OF COLTON <br />CLOSED SESSION - COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY <br />AUTHORITY <br />AUGUST 1, 2006 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, a Regular Meeting was held on the above <br />given date at 5:00 p.m., with Mayor Bennett presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Suchil, Mitchell, Chastain, and Mayor Bennett. <br />Councilmembers Ramos arrived at 5:45 p.m. and Hernandez arrived at 5:50 p.m. CM De La <br />Rosa absent. <br />City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss <br />items A through C. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />A. City of Colton <br />Case Number: San Bernardino County Superior Court Case No: SCVSS 135476 <br />C.
