CITY OF COLTON COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY/COLTON PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES JUNE 08, 2010 A Special Meeting of the City Council/Redevelopment Agency/Colton Utility Authority/Colton Public Financing Authority of the City of Colton was held at 6:02 p.m., on the above -given date at the City of Colton, Council Chambers, 650 N. La Cadena Drive, Colton, CA 92324 with Mayor Chastain presiding. Notice of Special Meeting was given on June 3, 2010, in compliance with Government Code Section 54956. ROLL CALL Council Members present were, De La Rosa, Yzaguirre, Oliva, Bennett, Perez, Mayor Pro Tempore Toro and Mayor Chastain. Also present were City Manager Foster, City Clerk Gomez. FLAG SALUTE: Steve Cade led the Pledge of Allegiance. MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF JUNE 8, 2010. Mayor Chastain asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. PUBLIC COMMENT: The following citizens addressed the council: Stephen Wall MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: Said Special Meeting shall be for the purpose of studying and or taking action on the following matters: (1) Approve and Adopt Resolutions Adopting the Annual Budget for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2010 and Ending June 30, 2011 for City Council, Redevelopment Agency, and Colton Utility Authority; Consider a Resolution to Approve and Adopt the Annual Gann Limit for Fiscal Year 2010/2011, RESOLUTION NOS. R-32-10, AGENCY RESOLUTION NO. 884, CUA RESOLUTION NO. CUA 2010-02, AND RESOLUTION NO. R-33-10.
