CITY OF COLTON <br />COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY/COLTON PUBLIC <br />FINANCING AUTHORITY <br />SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES <br />MARCH 22, 2010 <br />A Special Meeting of the City Council/Redevelopment Agency/Colton Utility Authority/Colton Public <br />Financing Authority of the City of Colton was held at 5:39 p.m., on the above -given date at the City of <br />Colton, Gonzales Community Center, located at 670 Colton Avenue, Colton, CA 92324 with Mayor <br />Chastain presiding. Notice of Special Meeting was given on March 18, 2010, in compliance with <br />Government Code Section 54956. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Council Members present were, Toro, Yzaguirre, Perez, Mayor Pro Tempore Oliva and Mayor Chastain. <br />Also present were City Manager Foster, City Clerk Gomez. <br />ABSENT: <br />CM De La Rosa. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF MARCH <br />22,2010. <br />Mayor Chastain asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict of interest <br />pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030.
