I ':'TIERFAS, a petition has been filed with the Board of Trustees of the City of Colton, asking that "An ordinance of the City of Colton relating to the sale of alcoholic liquors", as set out in Section 1 of this ordinance, be submitted to the qualified electors of said City; and ',MI,RF,AS, the City Clerk on the X( day of november, 1911, certified that said petition was sufficient for the calling of a special election; NOW, TiiF EFORE, The Board of Trustees of the City of Colton, do ordain as follows: Section I.
