Inc <br />TIME AND PLACE FIXED TO CONSIDER REHEARING OF AN APPEAL TO THE CITY COUNCIL <br />REGARDING THE PLANNING COMMISSION'S DECISION DENYING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />FOR THE OPERATION OF A CONTRACTOR'S STORAGE YARD ON AN EXISTING 7.6 ACRE <br />DEVELOPED SITE LOCATED AT 240 E. CONGRESS STREET IN THE Ml/SDA (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL <br />ZONE/SENSITIVE DEVELOPMENT AREA OVERLAY ZONE) (FILE INDEX NO: DAP -001-099 — <br />APPLICANT: LARGO CONCRETE). <br />Mayor DeLaRosa announced the Public Hearing Open. <br />City Clerk Padilla submitted the Affidavit of Publication and there were no reports of protests or objections <br />thereto. <br />City Attorney Campos announced the Public Hearing is to be continued to January 6, 2015 and allow Public <br />Comment at this time. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />Amador Roman <br />Motion and Second by CM Bennett/MPT Suchil to Close the Public Hearing.
