MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL ITEMS: Boards & Commissions Cemetery Commission Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to reap- point John Seymour to the Cemetery Commission. Unanimous vote. Plaque Mr. Phillip Wilms, 9096 Williams Court, Fontana, representing the In- land Empire Soap Box Derby Association, presented the City Council with a plaque from the Soap Box Derby Association, and commended the City for its support and cooperation with their Derby held on July 11, 1987. Mr. Wilms introduced the winner of the Senior Division race, who will be representing the City of Colton in future competition.
