Landscaping Maintenance District 111 Res. Nos. R-103-87 & R-104-87 Mayor Gonzales declared the Public Hearing open. City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Publication and reported that no protests or objections had been received. Public Works Director Hutton reported on the Landscaping Maintenance District #1, and Annexation Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, advising that all of the legal advertisements have been completed. Mr. Hutton stated if there are no protests heard at the conclusion of the hearing, Staff would recommend approval of the Engineer's Report, adoption of Resolu- tion Nos. R-103-87 and R-104-87, and that Council establish a budget of $54,520, for the 1987-88 Fiscal Year activities for the Landscaping Maintenance District X11. Mayor Gonzales asked if anyone present desired to speak on this matter. Councilman Rios asked who the City contracts with for services relating to this Maintenance District. Mr. Hutton replied the City goes out to bid for contract services, and thus far, the City has been satisfied with the work being done. Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to close the Public Hearing. Unanimous vote. Moved by Councilwoman Garcia, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to approve Staff's recommendations, and Resolution Nos. R-103-87 and R-104-87. Unanimous vote. RESOLUTION NO.
