("MFS") is pleased to submit 'his Letter Agreement to provide comprehensive consulting services for formation of a Citywide Landscape and Lighting District and other related services to City of Colton (the "Agency"). SCOPE OF SERVICES A. Services for Citywide Landscape and Lighting District Formation 1. Prepare a timeline including key dates and time frames for pertinent tasks throughout the study (to be approved by the City project manager). 2. Be prepared to address the Parks and Recreation to identify challenges and ensure that the proposed district will meet the needs and desires of the committee. MFS intends to meet with the committee one (1) time during the district formation process. 3, Provide all research and services necessary to prepare a preliminary engineer's report (report). The report will document: 1) a listing of services that may be funded through the proposed district, 2) the anticipated fiscal impact on the existing and proposed district. property owners and assessments: 3) an estimate of the assessments for various possible benefit zones; 4) description of ali zones: 5) budget summary for fiscal year; 6} method of fee application (formula for spreading levv): 7) estimate of levy to each parcel ano* 3) a bcundary diagram.
