Agenda Item No. 14 - Youth Board Facilitator Rita Coronado declared it was one year ago that the Youth Board was created. She found there was good representation on the Board. The monthly meetings have dealt with diverse issues including discussions regarding the community center and graffiti. She spoke about the City Manager's participation at one of the meetings and she spoke about a picnic where City Council Members and the youth talked on a one-to-one basis.
