Mayor Gonzales asked if the City can clean the street. Director <br />Hutton answered that the City can clean the right of way but not <br />private property. Councilmember Beltran advised that prior to <br />clean-up that the City have a clear understanding of our rights. <br />Public Works Director Hutton said he would obtain information on <br />the vacation, study the current condition of the area and return <br />with a report to the City Council. <br />Typewriter <br />Ms. Jean Hart, 952 E. Palm Dr., said it had been suggested that she <br />donate her IBM electric typewriter to the Hutton Senior Citizen <br />Center. She indicated the typewriter has been serviced and is in <br />great working condition. She is willing to give up the typewriter <br />but asked to be reimbursed for the service cost of $25-$30. The <br />City Attorney advised that this is not an agendized matter; <br />therefore, no action can be taken by Council.
