Unanimous vote. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Executive Survey <br />Interim City Manager Winter reviewed the factors employed to <br />conduct previous surveys and to obtain more accurate information, <br />he recommended that the list of cities be expanded to include all <br />cities within a 25 mile radius of Colton with populations of 30,000 <br />or more such as Claremont, Corona, Highland, Moreno Valley, Perris, <br />Pomona, Rancho Cucamonga and Riverside, including Victorville. <br />After brief discussion, Interim City Manager Winter indicated that <br />information regarding range maximums/top step salaries and other <br />pertinent data will be compiled and available for Council's review <br />for its second meeting in July. <br />Budget <br />Upon recommendation by Interim <br />Councilmember Sandoval, seconded. <br />and adopt Resolution No. R-69-94. <br />E <br />City Manager Winter, Motion by <br />)y Councilmember Rios, to approve <br />Unanimous vote. <br />JUN 0 8 1994 <br />
