Mayor Christman stated his concern that a
feasibility study was not done by the County to determine whether
this project would work or not. He said he has done alot of
research into the County Hospital and the documents thus far
presented do not come close to what is traditionally accepted in
the business world.
Mayor Christman said the City of Colton is a critical city since it
is being built here. Mayor Christman said contrary to the County's
claims of no prior opposition to the medical center, there has long
been opposition to the placing of the hospital in Colton. The
Grand Jury has recommended against the hospital for two years and
the County's Blue Ribbon Committee made a recommendation against
it.
+I
JAN 0 5 1995
