CLOSED SESSION: <br />With approval of Council, Mayor Fulp advanced Agenda Items (A) and <br />(C) for discussion at this time. <br />City Attorney Biggs announced the City Council would meet in Closed <br />Session pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 to confer with <br />its Labor Negotiator Gracie Harmon regarding negotiations with <br />Representatives of the Colton Police Officers Association - Rank <br />and File Unit; Colton Police Management Association - Police <br />Management Unit; San Bernardino Public Employees Association - <br />General Unit; San Bernardino Public Employees Association - <br />Management/Confidential Unit; International Association of <br />Firefighters, Local 935 - Fire Unit; and, International Brotherhood <br />of Electrical Workers, Local 47 - Electric Unit. <br />City Attorney Biggs announced the City Council would meet in Closed <br />Session pursuant to Section 54956.9 of the California Government <br />Code to confer with Legal Counsel regarding the following existing <br />litigation matter: Cameron vs. City of Colton, et al., SBSC Case <br />Number SCV12716. <br />At 6:49 P. M., Mayor Fulp declared a 10 -minute recess with Council <br />to convene in Closed Session thereafter. <br />At 7:13 P.
