Councilmember Cook acknowledged the work Mr. Richards has done to <br />help District 4 and invited him to be Chairman of the Beautifica- <br />tion Program and Mr. Richards accepted. <br />Steven Cook, Colton resident, spoke about the increase in crime <br />in his neighborhood and trash service since the City of Colton <br />took over from a private vendor. Mayor Fulp and Councilmember <br />Sanders responded. <br />Steve Anderson, Colton resident, spoke on the following: Hidden <br />Canyon Estates Development soil study; misconstrued statements: <br />That were a violation of his civil rights; possible election <br />fraud with the absentee ballots: and election fraud with the <br />recent recall election of Abe Beltran and the cost of that <br />election. Councilmember Beltran and David Zamora, Community <br />Development Director, responded. <br />Don Bradley, Colton resident, spoke regarding the litigation <br />related to damages due to a broken water line which affected his <br />property. Julie Biggs, City Attorney and Helen Ramos, City <br />Clerk, responded. <br />William Wold, Colton resident, spoke regarding problems with <br />trash pick up and neighborhood crime. Mayor Fulp, Councilmembers <br />Hutton, Bennett, and Sanders responded. <br />Jean Hart, Colton resident, inquired about green waste material. <br />Councilmember Hutton responded. <br />Marlene Diedrich, Colton resident, spoke about the following: <br />Warned about a person who is going door to door stating he is a <br />TCI representative who does not represent TCI; Announced that <br />next months flyer will be made up regarding the leash law and <br />shared her concerns about people who post garage sale flyers on <br />telephone poles and trees. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />Board & Commission Appointments <br />None <br />Connections to the Sewer Collection System <br />Councilmember Hutton, thanked staff for the report received <br />regarding the Sewer Collection System. <br />Audit Reports FY 93/94 and FY 94/95 <br />Councilmember Hutton spoke regarding his inquiry for the City <br />Audit Reports for FY 93/94, FY 94/95, the Gas Tax Audit/Funds, <br />Measure I Fund Audit/Funds, and Community Development CDBG <br />G <br />Nov 01 1995 <br />
