Continued Membership in SANBAG and Other Regional Organizations <br />Councilmember Beltran said there was a need to know what sanctions SANBAG imposed on the <br />City of Colton before Council could decide about continued membership. <br />Councilmember Bennett, the City's representative to SANBAG, reported the action taken was <br />for future applications for funds for beautification. <br />Discussion followed and with a consensus by Council, Mayor Fulp directed City Attorney Biggs <br />to draft a letter, under the direction of Councilmember Bennett, addressed to SANBAG asking <br />what action did the organization take regarding any restrictions against the City of Colton. <br />Electric Rates and the Annual Electric Department Report <br />Councilmember Bennett pulled this item until the next Council Meeting as extensive research <br />is needed in order for staff to respond. <br />Power Cost Adjustment <br />Councilmember Bennett pulled this item until the next Council Meeting as extensive research <br />is needed in order for staff to respond. <br />Quarterly Program Management Review <br />Councilmember Sanders presented this item for discussion and requested a consensus from <br />Council to direct staff to develop a comprehensive presentation of all City departments for <br />evaluation by Council for September 26, 1996. <br />Discussion followed and without objection from Council, Mayor Fulp directed City Manager <br />Freeman to meet with staff and return with a recommended future date for presentation. <br />Amendment of the "Council Manual of Procedure" <br />Councilmember Beltran requested this item be continued until the first meeting in December. <br />PUBLIC HEARING: <br />Uymon's Candy <br />Mayor Fulp declared the Public Hearing open. <br />City Clerk Delgado submitted the Affidavit of Publication and reported that no protests or <br />objections had been received. <br />31 <br />CCD l 7 Inn, <br />
