CM Sanders left the dais at 8:43 p.m. <br />Community Development Director Zamora presented to Council for approval the resolution <br />amending the Colton General Plan and Zone Change for Assessor's Parcel Number 162-106-05, <br />from Commercial to Industrial, and Assessor's Parcel Numbers 162-106-11 and 12 from <br />Sensitive Development Area to deletion of the SDA overlay zone. <br />Steve Anderson, Colton resident, spoke in favor of adopting the resolution. <br />Motion/second, by CM Cook/Beltran, to close the Public Hearing. Motion carried with <br />Councilmember Sanders absent. <br />CM Sanders returned to the dais at 8:47 p.m. <br />Moved/second, Mayor Fulp/CM Hansen, to approve and adopt Resolution No. R-104-96, waive <br />full reading and pass first reading of Ordinance No. 0-26-96, and filing of the Negative <br />Declaration.
