CM/Public Works Director Hutton reported on the overlay program. City Manager Garcia said he would work closely with the Public Works Director and return, next meeting, with an informational item on (1) how the City Engineer estimated a particular job and costs and (2) how a bid bond cost to cover the particular project was developed. MOTION/VOTE: Motion/second by CM Sanders/Bennett to approve staff's recommendation carried Upon unanimous vote. (8) Notice of Completion - PULLED AND CONTINUED TO NEXT MEETING: Approve the Final Acceptance of the CFD 89-1 Cooley Drive and Washington Street Landscape Medians Project and Authorize the Recordation of the Notice of Completion.
