CM Sanders announced the resignation of Jim Rodriguez from the Parks and Recreation Commission. He declared an emergency existed by this vacancy and requested permission to appoint Gwendolyn Brown at P. 0. Box 304, Colton. MOTIONNOTE: Motion/second by Mayor Gaytan/CM Bennett to accept and make part of the Agenda the appointment to the Parks and Recreation Commission, based on urgent need, and to ratify the appointment of Gwendolyn Brown.
