R-43-99. <br />STAFF REPORTS: <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />(18) Acknowledged the adjournment of tonight's meeting to Tuesday, June 8, 1999, for a <br />Budget Workshop and to consider approval of applicable resolutions. <br />(19) Accepted and approved the Development Agreement between the City of Colton and <br />Taormina Industries for the construction of a maintenance and operational processing <br />facility, RESOLUTION NO. M., Mayor Gaytan directed a brief recess and at 7:13 P. M., the general meeting was <br />called to order by Mayor Gaytan who handed the gavel to Mayor Pro Tempore Emeritus Betty <br />Cook and removed himself from his place at the dais, due to his personal involvement in the <br />following item. <br />ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING ON THE REVOCATION OF THE DANCE PERMIT FOR <br />THE ROCKS CLUB: <br />Mayor Pro Tempore Emeritus Cook declared the matter an administrative hearing to determine <br />whether to revoke the existing dance permit for the Rocks Club.
