(13) Travel Cost over $1.000 per Person - Approved travel expenses exceeding $1,000 per <br />person to send the Disaster Preparedness Coordinator to Disaster Recovery Training in <br />Dublin, California, from March 14 to March 17, 2000. <br />(14) Travel Cost over $1.000 per Person -Granted approval for the Revenue Manager to travel <br />to Boston, Massachusetts, March 13-15, 2000, to attend an American Public Power <br />Association course titled "Public Utility Accounting." <br />(15) Travel Exceeding$1.000 -Granted approval for the Assistant Electric Utility Director and <br />the Customer Services Manager to travel to Brea, California, on March 7-9, 2000, to <br />attend the Franklin Covey employee training titled "Four Roles of Leadership Workshop." <br />(16) Travel Cost over $1.000 per Person - Granted approval for the Substation Test Technician <br />to travel to Dallas, TX, on May 22-26, 2000, to attend an AVO International Training <br />Institute course entitled "Protective Relay Maintenance, Solid -State." <br />(17) Travel Cost over $1.000 per Person - Granted approval for the Maintenance Electrician to <br />travel to Dallas, TX, on March 13-17, 2000, to attend an AVO International Training <br />Institute Course entitled "Substation Maintenance I." <br />(18) Bike Tour - Granted permission for the Redlands Bicycle Classic to pass through the City <br />of Colton Streets for their point -to point race scheduled for Friday, March 10, 2000. <br />STAFF REPORTS: <br />CITY TREASURER'S REPORTS <br />Monthly Reports <br />MOTION/VOTE: Following the City Treasurer's presentation, motion by CM Sanders, <br />seconded by CM Cook, to accept and file the City Treasurer's report carried with Mayor Gaytan <br />absent. <br />Investment Accounts for Cemetery <br />City Treasurer Williams advised there was a need to establish separate banking accounts for the <br />Cemetery - one for the ongoing operations and the investment accounts. He described the <br />investment plans for Hermosa Memorial Gardens Cemetery. <br />MOTION/VOTE: Motion/second by CM Sanders/DeLaRosa to approve and adopt the <br />resolution approving the establishment of banking and investment accounts for the Hermosa <br />Gardens Cemetery, RESOLUTION NO.
