MOTION/VOTE: Motion/second by CM Chastain/Grimsby that the Colton Utility Authority approve Change Order No. 1, in the amount of $26,520 to Matich Corp. for the additional work for the FY99-00 Stormwater Missing Link Project. Motion carried with CM DeLaRosa absent from the dais. Item 11 - The item was approved; however, appointment of two members did not occur. MOTION/VOTE: Motion/second by Mayor Pro Tempore Bennett/CM Cook that Council approve the appointment of CM Sanders and CM Chastain to serve on the committee for the financial systems software.
