The following citizens spoke on the subject: Mr. Lee Taylor and Mr. Charles Jackson. <br />Director Clarke provided response to citizen concerns. <br />MOTIONNOTE: Motion/second by CM Sanders/De La Rosa to close the Public Hearing <br />carried upon unanimous vote. <br />MOTION/VOTE: Motion/second by CM Sanders/De La Rosa to approve and adopt <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-62-01. <br />After brief discussion regarding streets, motion carried unanimous vote. <br />Amendment to the General Plan <br />This is the time and place fixed to consider first reading of an ordinance amending the <br />general plan, a zone change, and the adoption of a negative declaration on 33 parcels, <br />north and south of fairway drive between the flood control channel east to the city <br />boundary for file index number DGZ-35-01. <br />Mayor declares the Public Hearing Open. <br />City Clerk declared that the Affidavit of Publication was on file and reported that no <br />protests or objections were received. <br />Director Zamora presented and asked for approval of staff's recommendation. <br />MOTIONNOTE: There being no request for public comment, motion/second by CM <br />Sanders/Ramos to terminate the Public Hearing carried upon unanimous vote. <br />MOTION/VOTE: Motion/second by CM Ramos/Chastain to approve and adopt <br />RESOLUTION NO.
