110-11, Second Reading: <br />(5) Waive Full Reading and Pass Second Reading of an Ordinance to Amend <br />Chapter 2.30 of the Colton Municipal Code to Allow the Appointment of Youth <br />Commissioners to City Commissions and Authorize the Recreation and Parks <br />Commission to begin Accepting Applications for Youth Commissioners, <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-16-02. <br />Discussion and motion/second by CM Chastain/CM Ramos to waive full reading and <br />pass second reading of Ordinance No. 0-16-02 with the Selection Committee to be <br />made up of two (2) Parks Commissioners and two (2) Council Members to review the <br />applications.
