110-11, Second Reading: (5) Waive Full Reading and Pass Second Reading of an Ordinance to Amend Chapter 2.30 of the Colton Municipal Code to Allow the Appointment of Youth Commissioners to City Commissions and Authorize the Recreation and Parks Commission to begin Accepting Applications for Youth Commissioners, ORDINANCE NO. 0-16-02. Discussion and motion/second by CM Chastain/CM Ramos to waive full reading and pass second reading of Ordinance No. 0-16-02 with the Selection Committee to be made up of two (2) Parks Commissioners and two (2) Council Members to review the applications. Motion carried with CM Zamora, DeLaRosa and Hernandez absent.
