Mayor Bennett declared the Public Hearing "Open". <br />City Clerk Carolina P. Barrera declared that the affidavit of Publication was on file and reported <br />that no protests or objections were received. <br />City Manager Parrish presented a quick synopsis of the Annual National Pollution Discharge <br />Elimination Assessment, which is a federal Program providing funding for Street Sweeping and <br />keeping Storm Systems clean. He stated that since 1995, there has been no increase. <br />Motion/second by CM Ramos/CM Hernandez to terminate the Public Hearing. Unanimous <br />Vote. <br />ORDINANCE: <br />SECOND READING <br />City's Park Ordinance — Proper disposal of canine feces <br />Waive full reading and pass second reading of an Amendment to the City's Park Ordinance, <br />adding Chapter 12.40 to Title 12 of the Colton Municipal Code regarding proper disposal of <br />canine feces, Ordinance No. 0-10-02. <br />Motion/second by CM Chastain/CM Ramos to approve the second reading and Ordinance No. <br />0-10-02.
