Unanimous vote. <br />Motion/second by CM Ramos/CM Chastain to waive full reading and approve the first reading of <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-13-02. Unanimous vote. <br />ORDINANCES: <br />First Reading: <br />(2) Waived Full Reading and Passed First Reading of an Ordinance regarding Approval of <br />the Amendment to the Public and approve and adopt a Resolution of Intention to <br />approve an Amendment to contract between the Board of Administration California <br />Public Employees Retirement System and the City Council, ORDINANCE NO. 0-15-02. <br />City Manager Daryl Parrish presented a brief synopsis for Council consideration and approval of <br />staff's recommendation. <br />Motion/second by CM DeLaRosa/CM Hernandez to waive full reading and pass the first reading <br />of ORDINANCE NO. 0-15-02 and RESOLUTION NO.
