Snow Ford Weed Abatement <br />> State Budget Crisis <br />> State of the City <br />The following citizens addressed the Council: Dorvalina Duran <br />BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS: <br />No appointments made. <br />AGENDA REVIEW: City Manager. <br />Assistant City Manager Holliman presented Consent Calendar Item No.(s) 8 through 31 for <br />approval with clarification on Item 14, change "Administering Agent -State Agreement" to read <br />"Seismic Retrofitting of Bridges"; additional clarification by City Engineer Amer Jakher and Item <br />26 needs approval with Item 4, therefore, Item 4 continued July 1, 2003 and request by staff to <br />continue Item 29 to July 1, 2003. <br />PUBLIC -COMMENT <br />Fred Cordova addressed the Council regarding Items 30 and 31, which deal with Storm water <br />fees, he stated that these resolutions deal with Storm water fees and have not come before <br />Utilities commission for review. <br />Item 25 <br />City Engineer Jakher informed Council that staff has realized there are safety needs with the <br />bike paths that need to be addressed and a consultant is evaluating the areas of concern. <br />Motion/second by CM Zamora/Ramos to approve Consent Calendar Item No.(s) 8 through 31 <br />with correction to Item 14 with continuance of Items # 26 and #29 to July 1, 2003.
