The final site improvement plans to include qradinq, <br />drainaqe, pavinq and utilities shall be prepared bV a <br />licensed enqineer, shall conform with all applicable <br />Provisions of the City's Zoninq Ordinance and Development <br />Standards. <br />10. All plans and supporting information as outlined in <br />conditions 1 thru 9 shall be approved bV the Community <br />Development Director prior to issuance of anV buildinq <br />Permits, business license or occupancy permits, whichever <br />is applicable. <br />If the applicant fails to perform and complete the <br />conditions as required within one year, the zoning <br />granted shall be null and void and shall revert to its <br />oriqinal zoninq. <br />That said parcel is delineated and the recommended action <br />appropriately shown and for convenience is referenced on the <br />maps on file in the City Clerk's office numbered as follows: <br />ZONE MAP 11 <br />—3— <br />
