WHEREAS, for the reasons stated herein, the City Council <br />finds that the immediate economic hardship which would otherwise <br />be imposed by Section 2(c) of Exhibit "A" of Ordinance No. 0-7-89 <br />makes it necessary to adopt this Ordinance as an urgency measure, <br />and thus this Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon <br />adoption as provided by law; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Exhibit "A" of Ordinance No. 0-7-89 is <br />amended to read as follows: <br />"EXHIBIT "A" <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />SEWER SERVICE CHARGES <br />A. RESIDENTIAL USERS <br />1. ALL USERS EXCEPT SENIOR CITIZENS (APPLICABLE FOR HOMES, <br />MOBILE HOMES, CONDOMINIUMS, APARTMENTS, CHURCHES, AND <br />SCHOOLS) <br />EFFECTIVE DATE <br />June 1989 <br />PER RESIDENTIAL <br />DWELLING UNIT <br />$/MONTH <br />$8.25 <br />a) Each church shall pay a monthly charge equal to <br />the monthly charge for one residential dwelling <br />unit. <br />b) Each school shall pay a monthly charge based on <br />attendance for the past twelve months. The monthly <br />charge shall be equal to the monthly charge per <br />residential dwelling unit for each one hundred <br />(100) average daily attendance, or part thereof. <br />!!PZ <br />
