The Director of <br />Public Works shall cause refuse to be collected and removed as <br />follows: <br />A. From all residential premises, twice -a -week. <br />B. From commercial and industrial premises, at least twice - <br />a -week or as may be necessary. <br />C. All other special collections and removals as may be <br />necessary. <br />D. The Director of Public Works or his agents or employees <br />may enter upon private property to collect and remove <br />refuse when he deems it necessary to protect the <br />immediate health and safety of the City. <br />SECTION THREE <br />Section 6.16.230 of the Colton Municipal Code is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />Section 6.16.230 Collection -- Regulation Authority. The <br />Director of Public Works, with the approval of the City Council, <br />may make regulations not inconsistent with this chapter as may be <br />necessary to effect the expedient, economical and efficient <br />collections, removal and disposal of refuse. <br />SCD75559 <br />- 2 - <br />
