"Off-site" means city streets, public roadways, alleys, rights-of-way, and <br />highways. <br />10.10.020 Off-site parking prohibited. <br />A. No non -motorized vehicle shall be parked off-site between the hours of 6:00 p.m. <br />to 6:00 a.m. <br />B. Non -motorized vehicles when parked as permitted by this ordinance shall be <br />parked in a manner that is safe and that does not obstruct driveways and intersections. <br />C. Disabled non -motorized vehicles may be parked off-site for a maximum period <br />of two hours during the hours of 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. to obtain towing or other <br />assistance necessary to effect the removal. <br />D. Maintenance and repairs of non -motorized vehicles shall not be conducted off-site, <br />with the exception of re -inflating or changing a tire, which may be done off-site to <br />facilitate the removal of the vehicle. <br />10.10.030 Exemptions. <br />Mail and parcel delivery trucks, product delivery vehicles, lawn and yard care, <br />pool care, air conditioning care and other non -motorized vehicles associated with normal <br />residential care, maintenance, repair and construction services, push carts licensed by the <br />
