Based on the entire record before the City Council, all <br />written and oral evidence presented to the City Council, and the findings set forth <br />in this Ordinance, the City Council of the City of Colton hereby designates the <br />Subject Site as within the R-1/PC (Single Family Residential -Planned Community) <br />zoning district as defined in Title 18, Chapter 32 of the Colton Municipal Code. <br />SECTION 2. Based on the entire record before the City Council and <br />all written and oral evidence presented, the City Council finds the Zone Change is <br />consistent with the General Plan of the City of Colton because designation of the <br />Subject Site within the R-1/PC (Single Family Residential -Planned Community) <br />zoning district provides for land uses compatible with the proposed "Residential" <br />land use classification for the Subject Site, adopted pursuant to Ordinance No. 0- <br />114-92. <br />SECTION 3. Based on the entire record before the City Council and <br />all written and oral evidence presented, the City Council finds the Zone Change is <br />consistent with the City of Colton General Plan ("General Plan"), and will <br />systematically implement the goals and objectives of the General Plan.
