"CURB" shall mean any curb constructed of Portland <br />Cement concrete. <br />I. "PROSPECT HOLE" shall mean any hole made in a pave <br />ment driveway or sidewalk by driving a metal bar, or drill into <br />the same for the purpose of locating existing utility pipes or <br />conduits or leaks therefrom. <br />J. "MANHOLE" shall mean any surface structure which <br />is part of any underground system such as sewer, storm drain, <br />water, gas, ground pipes, or wire system, and shall have a surface <br />cover with an exposed area of 1 1/2 square feet or more. <br />Section II. The following schedule of charges for <br />replacement and repair of surface excavated or damaged shall be <br />used by the Superintendent of Streets to determine the filing fee <br />to accompany the application for permit to excavate. <br />SCHEDULE OF CHARGES <br />Per Sq.
