21 3 4 5 6 7' 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 WHEREAS, the City Council is advised that the boun- daries of the Community Facilities District should be altered to exclude a parcel of land which is being purchased by the Rialto Unified School District as a school site; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Findings. The City Council finds as follows: (i) all of the preceding recitals are correct, (ii) on December 1, 1987, pursuant to notice thereof duly given as provided by law, the City Council conducted a public hearing with respect to the establishment of the Community Facilities District and the annual levying of specified special taxes on the taxable property within the Community Facilities District to finance the provision of police protection and fire protection and suppression services therein and to pay principal of and interest on bonds to be issued for the Community Facilities District to finance the public facilities which are described in Section 4 hereof, (iii) all prior proceedings with respect to the establishment of the Community Facilities District prior to land during the hearing with respect to the establishment of the Community Facilities District conducted by the City Council on December 1, 1987, were valid and in conformity with the require- ments of Chapter 2.5 (commencing with S 53311) of Part 1 of (Division 2 of Title 5 of the California Government Code, (iv) no I written protests were received at or prior to the time of said i (hearing against the establishment of the Community Facilities District or the levying of said special taxes or the incurring of a bonded indebtedness by the Community Facilities District, -3-
