4.. <br />Bernardino and Riverside, and the Cities of Colton, Rialto, Riverside and San Bernardino; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the County of San Bernardino Board of Supervisors has committed up <br />to $250,000 of its HUD Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) allocation to offset <br />costs of implementing the EDGIS; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) recently has <br />been engaged by San Bernardino County as the GIS vendor to develop the EDGIS, and <br />Topping Jaquess Consultants is providing third -party project management assistance to <br />ECD; and, <br />WHEREAS, in order to develop a satisfactory product, the County of San Bernar- <br />dino County is in need of active cooperation and assistance from participating jurisdictions <br />in sharing existing digital and other data and in maintaining their respective portion of the <br />EDGIS database over time without charge; and, <br />WHEREAS, if successful, the prototype EDGIS will be the first step in the creation <br />of an expanded system for the entire Inland Empire, in cooperation with the private sector <br />and other jurisdictions; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: <br />I. Agreement to Share Data and Cooperate <br />A. The City of Colton will provide to ECD, without charge in and accordance with <br />the project work plan schedule, the following datasets for the EDGIS project area which <br />exist within its jurisdiction in digital or other form: <br />1. Assessor's parcels <br />2. Alquist-Priolo fault zones <br />3. Census tracts <br />4. City boundaries <br />5. County boundaries <br />6. City sphere of influence boundaries <br />7. Enterprise zone boundaries <br />8. IVDA and SBIAA boundaries <br />9. Street network <br />10. Land use (existing) <br />11. Zoning <br />12. Circulation element designations <br />13. Railroads <br />14. Flood Insurance Rate Map zones <br />15. Airport runways <br />16. Map reference grid <br />17. Building data <br />18. Fire district boundaries <br />19. Gas network <br />20. Sewer network <br />21. Water network <br />
