1 WHEREAS, the City Council approves Side letter#1 between the City and with the Colton <br /> 2 Police Dispatchers Association (CPDA): In July 2023, association members will received a ten <br /> (10%) percent increase in base salary and an additional $200 month medical contribution in <br /> 3 exchange for extending their current MOU contract of March 1, 2021 — June 30, 2025, through <br /> June 30, 2026. All other contract provision remain the same and in effect; and <br /> 4 <br /> 5 WHEREAS, the City Council approves Side letter#1 between the City and with the Colton <br /> 6 Police Management Association (CPMA): Since the CPMA classification are benchmarked <br /> higher than the CPOA's Sergeants classification, CPMA classification's base salary level shall <br /> 7 adjust ten (10%) percent upon approval of CPOA side letter. In addition, starting in July 2023, <br /> 8 association members will receive an additional $200 month medical contribution in exchange <br /> for extending their current MOU contract of March 1, 2021 — June 30, 2024 through June 30, <br /> 9 2025. All other contract provision remain the same and in effect; and <br /> 10 <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approves Side letter #2 between the City and with the <br /> 11 Teamsters Local 1932 - General Employees Unit (General Unit). In July 2023, association <br /> 12 members will received a ten(10%) percent increase in base salary and an additional $200 month <br /> medical contribution in exchange for extending their current MOU contract of July 1, 2021 — <br /> 1 3 June 30, 2025, through June 30, 2026.
