1 WHEREAS, the City Council approves Side letter#1 between the City and with the Colton 2 Police Dispatchers Association (CPDA): In July 2023, association members will received a ten (10%) percent increase in base salary and an additional $200 month medical contribution in 3 exchange for extending their current MOU contract of March 1, 2021 — June 30, 2025, through June 30, 2026. All other contract provision remain the same and in effect; and 4 5 WHEREAS, the City Council approves Side letter#1 between the City and with the Colton 6 Police Management Association (CPMA): Since the CPMA classification are benchmarked higher than the CPOA's Sergeants classification, CPMA classification's base salary level shall 7 adjust ten (10%) percent upon approval of CPOA side letter. In addition, starting in July 2023, 8 association members will receive an additional $200 month medical contribution in exchange for extending their current MOU contract of March 1, 2021 — June 30, 2024 through June 30, 9 2025. All other contract provision remain the same and in effect; and 10 WHEREAS, the City Council approves Side letter #2 between the City and with the 11 Teamsters Local 1932 - General Employees Unit (General Unit). In July 2023, association 12 members will received a ten(10%) percent increase in base salary and an additional $200 month medical contribution in exchange for extending their current MOU contract of July 1, 2021 — 1 3 June 30, 2025, through June 30, 2026. All other contract provision remain the same and in 14 effect; and 15 WHEREAS, the City Council approves Side letter#1 between the City and with the Colton 16 Police Civilian Employees Association (CPCEA): In July 2023, association members will 17 received a ten (10%) percent increase in base salary and an additional $200 month medical contribution in exchange for extending their current MOU contract of July 1, 2021 — June 30, 18 2025, through June 30, 2026. All other contract provisions remain the same and in effect; and 19 WHEREAS, the City Council approves Side letter #1 between the City and with the 20 Teamsters Local 1932 — Mid-Manager Employee Unit (MMA): In July 2023, association 21 members will received a ten(10%)percent increase in base salary and an additional $200 month medical contribution in exchange for extending their current MOU contract of January 1, 2021 — 22 June 30, 2025, through June 30, 2026. All other contract provisions remain the same and in 23 effect; and 24 WHEREAS, the City Council approves Side letter #1 between the IBEW Local 47, 25 Water/Wastewater Unit: In July 2023: In July 2023, association members will received a ten 26 (10%) percent increase in base salary and an additional $200 month medical contribution in exchange for extending their current MOU contract of January 1, 2021 — December 30, 2024, 27 through December 30, 2024.
