General Plan Amendment and Zone Change DGZ-35-01 <br />August 7, 2001 <br />Page 3 <br />FISCAL IMPACT: <br />There is a $35.00 Filing Fee associated with filing the Notice of Determination of a Negative <br />Declaration with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in San Bernardino County. This fee will be <br />deducted from the Community Development Budget. It is anticipated that the proposed General Plan <br />Amendment and Zone Change may result in future development of the subject properties, and create <br />additional revenues to the City.
