Task Two: Public Hearings <br />Meet with the City Planning Commission and City Council for review and approval <br />of the Specific Plan concurrent with the public hearings for the Specific Plan. <br />V. PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br />A. Coordinate with City consultants, e.g., EIR consultant and EIR sub -consultants <br />such as traffic, biology, fiscal, etc. <br />B. Coordinate with Specific Plan Consultants e.g., civil, survey, geotechnical, <br />traffic, market. <br />C. Prepare schedules; assist in coordinating appropriate sequencing of various <br />project tasks by Consultant Team, City staff, and others involved in the Specific <br />Plan process. <br />
