EXHIBIT "Al"
AERIAL TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY
(Prime: Hall & Foreman)
Hall & Foreman, Inc. (HFI) will perform the necessary Research with the County of
San Bernardino and the Cities of Colton and Rialto to obtain "Basis of Bearings" and
Vertical Control data on which to base the Aerial Topographic Survey.
HFI will contact the Aerial Photo firm for direction of Target placement, and will set the
Targets at the requested locations. HFI will then perform a Control Survey, based
horizontally on a coordinate system compatible with local jurisdiction or client requirements,
and based vertically on the Vertical Control data obtained from the County, so as to generate
horizontal and vertical coordinates of each Target for use by the aerial photo company.
HFI will request that the Aerial Photo firm prepare topographic mapping suitable for design
purposes, at a scale of 1"=100', with a contour interval of 1 foot. The Aerial Topography
will extend to 50' beyond the opposite R/W lines of surrounding streets Riverside Avenue,
Hermosa Street, San Bernardino Avenue and the I-10 Freeway, as well as include the entire
interchange ramps at I-10 & Riverside Avenue, and at I-10 & Pepper.
The completed Topographic Map will first be made available on bond paper, for review by
Client. After incorporation of any comments by the Client, the Topographic Map will be
revised as needed, and will be reissued as a final Topographic Survey, on bond, as well as an
Electronic AutoCAD file for use by HFI and other consultants.
Boundary Map
HFI will, under the supervision of a licensed Land Surveyor, review preliminary Title
information for the Subject Property provided by Client and perform the necessary Survey
Research with the County of San Bernardino and the City of Colton and Rialto, to obtain
copies of recorded Tract Maps, Parcel Maps, Records of Survey and Corner Records for the
subject property and surrounding areas.
HFI will examine and review the Survey Research material and Title information and prepare
a Record Boundary file for the subject property. The Boundary file will be based on a
coordinate system compatible with local jurisdiction requirements, and will include
coordinates of property corners, street intersections and other pertinent points of control for
use by our Surveyors in the performance of setting the Aerial Control for the Topographic
Survey of the subject property.
A-12
