13. Conduct Exit Conference with Fire Department Management <br />An exit conference would be conducted with Fire Department management to review the <br />draft report for factual correctness and clarity. At that meeting, Department management <br />would be requested to provide their perspectives on the report recommendations, and be <br />invited to submit a written response to the report. <br />14. Produce Final Performance Audit Report and Make Presentations <br />After appropriate corrections and clarifications are made to the report, a final document will be <br />produced and submitted to City management.
